I couldn't come up with a witty, catchy way to introduce myself, so I'll do it the old-fashioned way.

Hi, my name is Wayne. I live in Charlotte, NC with my wife and neurotic dog. By day I work as a web developer... by night I have dreams of making it big in the BBQ world. Well, okay... maybe not make it big in the BBQ world... but I do love making use of my smoker every chance I get.

So if you want to point the finger and blame someone for dragging me on here, blame jherky. I went to college with him, and he told me about this site.

Welcome to the forum, Wayne. I'm looking forward to some good BBQ recipes. I know whenever I see what you've been cooking, my mouth waters. It always looks so good.
